Deleting your account

How to delete your TwinCard account

This page explains how to delete Your TwinCard account and what happens to Your data and the data of Your business. The TwinCard service is operated by Next Transaction sp. z o.o, NIP 5214066223, KRS 0001100939 (hereinafter the "Operator", "We").

How to delete

  • In the "AI2 TwinCard" app: "Settings" → "Account deletion" → "Delete account".
  • On the website https://twincard.ai: sign in to the Dashboard, go to "Profile" → "Delete account" and confirm with Your password.
  • By email to [email protected] from the address with which the account is registered. We reply within 30 days.

What data is deleted

  • Profile and account: name, email address, telephone, position, settings.
  • Company pages and information about Your businesses, their structure and information about employees.
  • AI employees of Your businesses, their instructions, rules and knowledge bases.
  • Customer lists, deals, reports and customer summaries.
  • Correspondence of Visitors with Your AI employees, forms and requests.
  • Documents that customers have sent You.
  • Voice samples and the voices created from them for Your businesses.
  • Integrations of Your businesses: widgets, API keys, webhooks, Telegram bot connection, CDEK keys, payment acceptance settings.

Personal voices, rules, the knowledge base and API keys recorded on the AI² account itself are not deleted when TwinCard is deleted (section "The AI² account and other applications").

If You use AI² Space: business data shared with the AI² Space application (company information, structure, AI employees, customers, activity log, knowledge base) are retained for as long as You use Space. After 30 days, the TwinCard company page (with versions, files, publication in countries of presence and address), widgets, the TwinCard account, Your subscriptions to other businesses and Your place on the staff of other companies are deleted. If You do not have Space or it has been deleted, the business data are deleted as well: structure, employees, AI employees, customers, activity log, forms, API keys and the business knowledge base.

What is retained

  • Orders, invoices, wallet transactions, payment information and accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires; contact details in orders are deleted.
  • Messages You have sent to other users may remain in their history in anonymised form.

Timeline

  1. Immediately after the request, access to TwinCard is closed and the data are hidden: company pages are unpublished, AI employees stop replying, subscriptions are hidden, and TwinCard push notifications stop.
  2. 30 days - recovery period: if You sign in to TwinCard during this time, the deletion is canceled and the TwinCard account is restored (if the AI² account was deleted in its entirety, sign in to it and confirm the recovery). Signing in during this time also brings back everything that was hidden by the deletion: businesses, company pages and AI employees.
  3. After 30 days the TwinCard account is deleted: personal data and business data are deleted or anonymised. They cannot be recovered thereafter.
  4. Records that the law requires to be retained are permanently deleted once the period prescribed by law has expired.

Delete only a business or an AI employee

You do not have to delete Your account: in the Dashboard, You can delete an individual business or dismiss an individual AI employee.

The AI² account and other applications

There is one AI² account for all applications of the platform AI². Deleting the TwinCard account closes only TwinCard: AI² Fans, AIRONIK, AI² Space and the other applications of the platform that You use continue to work as before, and the AI² account is kept for as long as You use them. If You have no other applications of the platform left (the AIRONIK messenger is not counted for this purpose), the AI² account is deleted in its entirety. You can delete the AI² account in its entirety, in all applications at once, using a separate option in the application settings or by writing to [email protected].

When only TwinCard is deleted, the following are retained: everything related to AI² Fans (Fans models, their placements and advertising, Fans subscriptions); AI models that are at the same time a Fans model and an AI employee of a company; the Wallet and the data recorded on the AI² account itself (personal knowledge base, voices, rules, personal API keys). They are deleted only together with the AI² account in its entirety; Wallet transactions are retained for as long as the law requires.
